{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.037","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.037","heading":"Standardized degree programs.","body":"The Council on Postsecondary Education may identify academic programs offered at\ninstitutions to which the criteria for a standardized degree program shall be applied.\n(1) If the council determines that a particular degree program offered by any state\npostsecondary institution shall be a standardized degree program, then the council\nshall direct each institution offering the degree program to collaborate under the\ndirection of the council and establish the courses and the course content required for\nthat degree program.\n(2) If the various institutions cannot agree upon the courses required or the content of\nthe courses, then the council shall make these determinations.\n(3) All courses approved for a standardized degree shall be transferable among all\ninstitutions granting that degree.","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4192","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:14Z","sha256":"ac6b74b5592109f364b096cbc70bffe7fa8f98e6e4f573008c58509b0eb28149","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.036","next":"us-ky/krs-164.038"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
