{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.0406","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.0406","heading":"Annual report to Interim Joint Committees by public postsecondary","body":"education institutions.\nEach public postsecondary education institution shall review the cost of its healthcare\nprograms, as defined in KRS 164.0401, in relation to the realistic earning potential and\nemployability of the institution's graduates and submit a written report to the Interim\nJoint Committees on Health Services and Education no later than September 1 of each\nyear. The report shall include:\n(1) The current tuition of each healthcare program at the institution for in-state and out-\nof-state students;\n(2) The student capacity of each healthcare program;\n(3) The number of total applications for enrollment, in -state applications for\nenrollment, and out -of-state applications fo r enrollment for each healthcare\nprogram;\n(4) The total number of students, in-state students, and out-of-state students admitted to\neach healthcare program;\n(5) The minimum number of years required to complete the healthcare program and the\naverage number of years graduates of each healthcare program were enrolled;\n(6) The average amount of student loans of the graduates of each healthcare program;\n(7) The graduation rate of each healthcare program and the graduation rate of in -state\nand out-of-state students;\n(8) The passage rate and first -time passage rate of graduates of each healthcare\nprogram on the healthcare credential examination;\n(9) The employment rate of graduates of each healthcare program within twelve (12)\nmonths after graduation; and\n(10) A summary of all new actions taken by the institution during the reporting year to\nreduce the financial barriers to healthcare professions.","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53474","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:14Z","sha256":"e19ff34eaeca949d8e3e1300a3663e8c914ad5b6e7bd08aa2c901541014d22e8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.0405","next":"us-ky/krs-164.0407"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
