{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.210","heading":"Colleges, departments, and bureaus determined by trustees.","body":"The trustees may determine from time to time the colleges, schools, divisions,\ndepartments, bureaus, and offices which the university shall comprise within the scope of\nthe Acts of Congress approved July 2, 1862, and Acts supplementary thereto, and the\nrelation which each division shall sustain to each other division and to the whole. They\nmay devise, allot, and arrange the distribution of divisions with the designation\nappropriate for each, and devise the means required for their effective instruction,\nadministration, and government.
