The information\nshall include:\n(a) Symptoms and treatment;\n(b) The risk factors associated with hepatitis B acquisition and transmission; and\n(c) Current recommendations from the United States Centers for Disease Control\nand Prevention, or the American College Health Association regarding the\navailability and effectiveness of a hepatitis B vaccination.\n(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the Cabinet for Health and\nFamily Services or the postsecondary institutions to provide or purchase\nvaccinations for hepatitis B.","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4230","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:14Z","sha256":"3c0ad07e692e5358366ecfbcf9abb0c29d67bb7661acaf67d17a5fe8a42b7ab0","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.2815","next":"us-ky/krs-164.283"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
