{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.3571","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.3571","heading":"Authority of center toward local government -- Reimbursement.","body":"(1) The Governmental Services Center may, upon request of the Department for Local\nGovernment, and as financial and staff resources permit, develop, coordinate,\nimplement, assist, and conduct employee and management training programs,\nseminars, and conferences , for agencies, departments, divisions, boards, and\ncommissions of county and city government, and any other political subdivisions of\nthe state.\n(2) The Governmental Services Center may enter into contractual agreements with\ncounty and city governments an d other political subdivisions as necessary to allow\nthe Governmental Services Center to properly perform its duties and responsibilities\nas established by KRS 164.3571 to 164.3573.\n(3) Any agency of a county, city, or other political subdivision whose emp loyees\nreceive the benefit of the Governmental Services Center's services, shall reimburse\nthe Governmental Services Center for those costs and expenses which it incurs as a\nresult of providing these services.","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4273","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:15Z","sha256":"71b8ab67c789f1b8f6849ef5c424f82b3cbb040569df31f9e9b52729399b089c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.357","next":"us-ky/krs-164.3572"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
