{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.3572","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.3572","heading":"Authority of center toward private industry -- Reimbursement.","body":"(1) In furtherance of the Commonwealth's economic development programs, the\nGovernmental Services Center may, upon request of the Cabinet for Economic\nDevelopment and as financial and staff resources permit, develop, coordinate,\nimplement, assist, and provide private industry with consultation, research,\nprograms, and employee assessment services.\n(2) The Governmental Services Center may enter into contractual agreements with\nprivate industry, as necessary to allow the Governmental Services Center to\nproperly perform its duties and responsibilities as established by KRS 164.3571 to\n164.3573.\n(3) Any private industry whose employees or prospective employees receive the benefit\nof any of the Governmental Services Center's programs shall reimburse the\nGovernmental Services Center for the costs and expenses which it incurs as a result\nof developing, coordinating, implementing, and conducting any of the programs or\nservices provided in KRS 164.3571 to 164.3573.","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4274","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:15Z","sha256":"28f2dbfe35e626f2cad2f8583f5fe3a26589f103aaaa44cc81c16a1a5d37c421","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.3571","next":"us-ky/krs-164.3573"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
