{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.7877","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.7877","heading":"Kentucky educational excellence scholarship trust fund -- Funding","body":"sources, including lottery revenues.\n(1) There is established in the State Treasury a permanent and perpetual fund to be\nknown as the \"Wallace G. Wilkinson Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship\nTrust Fund\" to which shall be credited net lottery revenues transferred in accordance\nwith KRS 154A.130; gifts; bequests; endowments; grants from the United States\ngovernment, its agencies, and instrumentalities; and funds received from any  other\nsources, public or private.\n(2) The moneys in the fund are hereby continuously appropriated only for the purposes\nset forth in KRS 164.7871 to 164.7885 and KRS 164.7889.\n(3) The authority shall administer the Kentucky educational excellence scholarship trust\nfund.","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4445","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:17Z","sha256":"aed2992002840857ee4a511708ff4426ec4e3f514f7539339d05f08a443a99d9","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.7874","next":"us-ky/krs-164.7879"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
