{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.7925","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.7925","heading":"Postsecondary workforce development trust fund.","body":"(1) The postsecondary workforce development trust fund created by KRS 164.7911 is\nintended to provide financial assistance to further cooperative efforts among\ncommunity colleges and technical institutions and for the acquisition of equipment\nand technology necessary to provide quality education programs.\n(2) The Council on Postsecondary Education shall develop the criteria and process for\nsubmission of an application under this section. The Kentucky Community and\nTechnical College System may apply to the council for financial assistance from the\npostsecondary workforce development trust fund.
