{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.860","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.860","heading":"Revenue bonds.","body":"The board of trustees of the University of Louisville may issue revenue bonds of the\nuniversity for the erection of buildings and appurtenances to be used in connection with\nthe university for educational purposes, and otherwise as provided in KRS 162.340 to\n162.380, and subject to the provisions of KRS Chapter 56, provided, said board of\ntrustees may in its discretion issue such revenue bonds not only for the purposes and in\nthe manner set forth in KRS 162.340 to 162.380, but also for the purposes of refin ancing\nany mortgages, mortgage bonds, revenue bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness\npreviously issued or incurred by the university in connection with the acquisition of lands\nor the purchase, erection or other acquisition of buildings and appur tenant facilities for\neducational purposes of the university.
