{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.9811","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.9811","heading":"State autism training center.","body":"(1) The Council on Postsecondary Education in Kentucky is authorized to operate a\nstate autism training center, including:\n(a) The acquisition by purchase, lease, gift, or otherwise of necessary lands;\n(b) The construction of necessary buildings;\n(c) The expansion, remodeling, altering, or equipping of necessary buildings; and\n(d) The making of contracts by the council or its designee with any nonprofit\ninstitution, or any state, county, or local agency for the equipment, expenses,\ncompensation of personnel, op eration, and maintenance of any facility of an\nagency or institution used for the purposes of KRS 164.981 to 164.9819.\n(2) The council shall select and contract with a public institution of higher education to\ncarry out the provisions of KRS 164.981 to 164.9819.","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4520","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:18Z","sha256":"009ceaee7a0124f00fb2c80652a416ef1490a73da47490b21c8fafb41c71fbcf","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.981","next":"us-ky/krs-164.9813"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
