{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.9819","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.9819","heading":"Trainee teams -- Composition -- Administrative regulations regarding","body":"fees and expenses.\n(1) The primary method of providing services through the center shall be by the use of\ntrainee teams. A trainee team shall consist of an eligible client, a profes sional from\na local service agency, and the client's guardian or one or both of the client's\nparents.\n(2) The council, after consultation with the center, shall promulgate administrative\nregulations relating to:\n(a) Fees charged to sending agencies;\n(b) Reimbursement of trainee team or client expenses; and\n(c) Provision of, or reimbursement for, reasonable and customary expenses\nincurred by trainee teams, clients, or otherwise eligible persons which are not\ncovered by the fees charged to sending agencies.
