{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-164.990","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 164.990","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Any person who violates the provisions of KRS 164.715 or subsection (1) of KRS\n164.720 is guilty of a Class D felony, and in addition thereto shall forfeit to the state\nall equipment used in committing the offense for which such person is convicted.\n(2) Any person who violates the provisions of KRS 164.980 shall be guilty of a Class B\nmisdemeanor.\n(3) Any person who violates KRS 164.377 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.\n(4) Any person who knowingly violates the provisions of KRS 164.376, or who\nknowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of KRS\n164.376, shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500), nor more than one\nthousand five hundred dollars ($1,500).","path":["KRS Chapter 164"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4525","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:18Z","sha256":"08e064c6f063b758ea9b8e4616980c9c58bb41e22341de351ade9fc1b2250d82","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-164.983","next":"us-ky/krs-164.991"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
