{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-165a.330","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 165A.330","heading":"License required -- Applications.","body":"(1) No person shall conduct, operate, maintain, or establish a proprietary school as\nherein defined or use any words which designate or tend to designate to the public\nthat the operator of the school is qualified to conduct, operate, and maintain the\nschool, unless he holds a valid current license from the commission.\n(2) Completed applications for a license shall be filed with the commission thirty (30)\nworking days prior to being considered by the commission.\n(3) Renewal applications shall be filed annually w ith the commission forty -five (45)\ndays prior to the expiration date.\n(4) The school owner shall notify the commission if any personnel involved in the\napplicant school has ever been associated as owner, partner, director, or other\nadministrator with a sch ool that has had its license revoked or that has closed and\ncaused students a loss of money.
