{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-165a.380","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 165A.380","heading":"Disposition of fees -- Trust and agency account.","body":"(1) All fees collected pursuant to this chapter, except those collected pursuant to KRS\n165A.450, shall be deposited in the State Treasury in a trust and agency account of\nthe Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education and shall be used by the\ncommission to defray the cost of administering and enforcing this chapter.\n(2) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, any moneys remaining in the account at the end of\nthe fiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year.\n(3) Any interest earnings of the account shall become a part of the account and shall not\nlapse.","path":["KRS Chapter 165A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=40320","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:20Z","sha256":"55a766a40d858d97878295c4931d9b88898bbb7fa508b3d8cad83f272813862c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-165a.370","next":"us-ky/krs-165a.390"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
