{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-165a.480","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 165A.480","heading":"License to operate school or act as instructor -- Posting and carrying of","body":"licenses.\n(1) Upon receipt of a satisfactory application accompanied by the prescribed fee, the\ncommission shall issue a license to the applicant.\n(2) If the license is issue d to a CDL driver training school, it shall be posted and at all\ntimes displayed in a conspicuous place so that all persons visiting the school may\nreadily see the license.\n(3) If the license is issued to a CDL driver training instructor, the person shall carry the\nlicense at all times during which the person is actually giving instruction to any\nstudent.
