{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-167.035","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 167.035","heading":"Kentucky School for the Blind Advisory Board.","body":"(1) There may be established a Kentucky School for the Blind Advisory Board\ncomposed of five (5) members appointed by the Kentucky Board of Education upon\nrecommendation by the chief state school officer for terms of four (4) years and\nuntil their successors a re appointed. The board shall elect from its membership a\nchairman.
