{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-168.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 168.070","heading":"Executive committee.","body":"At such organizational meeting, or at any subsequent meeting, the authority may elect an\nexecutive committee, not less than three (3) in number, of which the chairman or vice\nchairman of the authority shall be a member and the presiding officer. The powers  of the\nexecutive committee to transact business between meetings of the authority shall be\ndefined, and may be limited, but it shall not be provided that actions of the executive\ncommittee within its defined powers and limitations are subject to review, or not final and\nbinding as actions of the authority.
