{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-17.153","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 17.153","heading":"Annual report.","body":"(1) The annual report of the department shall contain statistics showing:\n(a) The number and type of offenses known to public authorities;\n(b) The personal and social characteristics of criminals and delinquents; and\n(c) The administrative action taken by law enforcement, judicial, penal, and\ncorrectional agencies in dealing with criminals and delinquents.\n(2) The department shall also interpret such statistics and so present the information\nthat it may be of value in guiding the Legislature and those in charge  of the\napprehension, prosecution, and treatment of criminals and delinquents, or those\nconcerned with the prevention of crime and delinquency.
