{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-17.568","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 17.568","heading":"Injunctive relief.","body":"Whenever in the judgment of the board any person has engaged or is about to engage in\nany acts or practices that constitute or will constitute a violation of KRS 17.500 to 17.580\nand 17.991, the board may apply to the Franklin Circuit Court for an order en joining\nthese acts or practices.\n(1) Upon a showing by the board that a person has engaged or is about to engage in any\nof these acts or practices, an injunction, restraining order, or other order as may be\nappropriate shall be granted by the court.\n(2) Any order of the Franklin Circuit Court shall be enforceable and shall be valid\nanywhere in this state, and the order of the court shall be reviewable as provided in\nthe Rules of Civil Procedure in the case of other injunctions and restraining orders.","path":["KRS Chapter 17"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=1269","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:38Z","sha256":"15ee1f560e0b5b1a95b03147cf4c428ea7582ed83700a536608078a0099421f7","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-17.566","next":"us-ky/krs-17.570"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
