{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-17.574","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 17.574","heading":"Forwarding of relevant information by certain facilities to approved","body":"provider for review prior to release -- Confidentiality.\n(1) Any statutes to the contrary notwithstanding, all state or local detention or\ncorrectional facilities, hospitals, or insti tutions shall forward all relevant\ninformation pertaining to a sexual offender to be discharged, paroled, or released to\nthe approved provider for review prior to the release or discharge for consideration\nin making recommendations to the sentencing court.
