{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-171.384","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 171.384","heading":"Historic preservation review board created -- Members -- Compensation.","body":"(1) There is hereby established the Kentucky Historic Preservation Review Board,\nwhich shall aid and advise the heritage division in the selection of historic sites and\nall duties pursuant to Public Law 89 -665, as amended, and regulations issued\npursuant thereto.\n(2) The board shall be composed of eleven (11) members appointed by the Governor;\none (1) of whom shall be a professionally recognized historian; one (1) an architect;\nand one (1) an archaeologist.
