{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-171.385","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 171.385","heading":"Washington, Kentucky Historic Township Commission -- Creation.","body":"(1) In order to preserve, augment and engender the historic qualities of Washington,\nMason County, Kentucky, there is hereby created the Washington, Kentucky\nHistoric Township Commission to devise a plan and undertake the general\nrestoration and development of  Washington, Kentucky, as a late eighteenth and\nearly nineteenth century frontier town.\n(2) The Washington, Kentucky Historic Township Commission, hereinafter referred to\nas the commission, shall consist of eleven (11) members to be appointed by the\nGovernor from among the citizens of Washington and Mason County.
