{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-171.390","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 171.390","heading":"Report of activities required from commission.","body":"(1) The commission shall, within two (2) years of June 21, 1974, submit a written\nreport to the Governor and the General Assembly. The report shall set out, in such\ndetail as may be necessary; the property, historic sites, and buildings to be\nincorporated into the plan; the manner and method by which the property, sites, and\nbuildings may be restored, preserved, maintained, and operated; the amount of\nmoney which will have to be expended for the restoration and maintenance of any\nproperty; and the sources from which funds may be derived for these purposes. The\ncommission may seek what state and federal funds are available to aid in the\ndevelopment of the plan and the actual restoration and preservation of Washington\nas a historic town.\n(2) The submission of the  commission's report, required by subsection (1) of this\nsection, shall not conclude the business for which it is created and the commission\nmay continue to exist and perform its designated functions until such time as the\nGovernor may terminate its existence. Upon termination of the commission, all real\nand personal property held by the commission, remaining after payment of, or\nprovision for payment of, all debts and liabilities of the commission shall become\nthe property of the Commonwealth of Kentucky f or the purposes of the Department\nof Parks or the property of Old Washington, Incorporated, as determined by the\ncommission.","path":["KRS Chapter 171"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=4811","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:22Z","sha256":"3266fd9791f9a88e6209c7e33bb7c40b058253add0e027f1b4b1832f08a254a1","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-171.388","next":"us-ky/krs-171.391"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
