{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-173.010","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 173.010","heading":"Public library in cities of first class -- Arrangement with existing libraries -","body":"- Provisions of contract.\n(1) The mayor of any city of the first class, with the consent of the city legislative body,\nmay contract with the governing authority of any lib rary in the city, containing fifty\nthousand (50,000) or more volumes, for the purpose of making the library free and\nopen to the public at reasonable times and under reasonable regulations to be\ndetermined by the governing authority of the library.\n(2) The contract shall be for not over five (5) years and may be renewed.
