{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-173.030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 173.030","heading":"Establishment of free public library in cities of first class -- Use of --","body":"Ordinances regarding conduct.\n(1) Any city of the first class may, by ordinance, establish and maintain within its\ncorporate limits a free public library, with circulating and reference departments and\nreading rooms, or any of them, for the use of the residents thereof, with such\nbranches and stations as the board of trustees of the library think proper. All the\nuses and privileges of such library shall be free and equal to all residents of the city,\nsubject only to the rules and regulations established by the board of trustees.
