{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-173.570","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 173.570","heading":"Report required -- Contents -- Compliance with KRS 65A.010 to 65A.090.","body":"(1) Within sixty (60) days after the close of each fiscal year the board shall make a\nwritten report to the Department for Libraries and Archives. A copy of this report\nshall be filed with the county clerk of each county within the district. The report\nshall contain:\n(a) A statement of the property acquired by devise, bequest, purchase, gift or\notherwise during the fiscal year;\n(b) A statement of the character of library service furnished to the district during\nthe fiscal year; and\n(c) Any other statistics or i nformation requested by the Department for Libraries\nand Archives.\n(2) The board shall comply with the provisions of KRS 65A.010 to 65A.090.","path":["KRS Chapter 173"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=41740","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:24Z","sha256":"c4eb6d78e045ded6a156bb1f03dda8015c9ccafcb3bd489a9aab26f4125bb13b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-173.560","next":"us-ky/krs-173.580"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
