{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-173.770","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 173.770","heading":"Annual report -- Compliance with KRS 65A.010 to 65A.090.","body":"(1) Within sixty (60) days after the close of each fiscal year, the board shall make a\nwritten report to the Department for Libraries and Archives. A copy of this report\nshall be filed with the county clerk of each county within the district. The report\nshall contain:\n(a) A statement of the property acquired by devise, bequests, purchase, gift, or\notherwise during the fiscal year;\n(b) A statement of the character of library service furnished to the district during\nthe fiscal year; and\n(c) Any other statistics o r information requested by the Department for Libraries\nand Archives.\n(2) The board shall comply with the provisions of KRS 65A.010 to 65A.090.","path":["KRS Chapter 173"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=41741","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:24Z","sha256":"dfb3f9e35ddfe81f2bc653d2e652a377c295a839e70a852e9308839b8e791f77","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-173.765","next":"us-ky/krs-173.775"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
