{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-174.085","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 174.085","heading":"Administrative support services.","body":"All corporate bodies and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth, advisory committees,\ncommissions, councils, interstate compact, or other statutory bodies presently attached to\nthe functions in whole or in part of the Departments of Public Safety, Aeronauti cs,\nHighways, Motor Transportation, and Revenue and transferred to the Department of\nTransportation under 1974 Acts ch. 74, shall be attached to the Transportation Cabinet for\nadministrative support services. The secretary of transportation, or his designe e, shall\nserve as member of any authority, commission, board, committee, or other entity on\nwhich by virtue of law, regulation, or order the commissioner of public safety,\ncommissioner of highways, commissioner of motor transportation, commissioner of\naeronautics, commissioner of revenue is a member by virtue of his office.
