{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-174.504","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 174.504","heading":"Functions of Capital City Airport Division -- Authority for administrative","body":"regulations.\n(1) The functions of the Capital City Airport Division shall be to:\n(a) Manage and operate the Capital City Airport;\n(b) Oversee the maintenance and care of all state aircraft;\n(c) Control the scheduling and operational use of state aircraft, including air\ncharters; and\n(d) Collect from using agencies and officers the costs of operating state aircraft,\nincluding air charters.\n(2) Subject to the approval of the depar tment and in accordance with applicable state\nand federal statutes and regulations, the Capital City Airport Division shall\npromulgate administrative regulations under KRS Chapter 13A to:\n(a) Establish user fees to be paid by users of the services and faci lities of the\nCapital City Airport for charges including, but not limited to, hangar fees, tie -\ndown fees, fuel, and aircraft supplies; and\n(b) Establish fees for the usage of state aircraft.","path":["KRS Chapter 174"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=5032","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:25Z","sha256":"c97b332e9c104faef9dc9d367386f2de9b82f5c53705cc4869faec82413063fa","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-174.502","next":"us-ky/krs-174.506"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
