{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-174.510","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 174.510","heading":"Recordkeeping for Capital City Airport Division and use of state aircraft.","body":"(1) The Capital City Airport Division shall arrange for all trips and maintain flight\ncards, passenger manifests, payment documents, and interaccount bills pertaining to\neach flight.\n(2) Pilots for all state agencies shall maintain a flight manifest for all flights which shall\ninclude the passengers' names, information pertaining to points of origin and\ndestination, and any side trips or stopovers for each flight.\n(3) The Capital City Airport Division shall maintain original manifests for all trips\nusing state aircraft.\n(4) Originals of requests for the use of state aircraft shall be kept by the Capital City\nAirport Division, with the following exceptions:\n(a) The Governor and Lieutenant Governor shall maintain originals of all requests\nfor the use of state aircraft made by their respective offices; and\n(b) In cases where the secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development has\ncertified in an aircraft request that disclosure of the identities of passengers or\nthe purpose of a trip will violate needs for con fidentiality required for\neconomic development efforts, the secretary of the Cabinet for Economic\nDevelopment shall maintain complete original records of the request in his\noffice.","path":["KRS Chapter 174"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=5035","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:25Z","sha256":"077ee4c5b9fefa57a74d1b6d0a6e920d02896de4a652f0bbff658fd004139617","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-174.508","next":"us-ky/krs-174.990"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
