{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-175.670","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 175.670","heading":"Authorization to contract for and lease resource recovery road projects --","body":"Bonds.\nIn order to provide for the construction of resource recovery road projects, the authority is\nhereby authorized and empowered under and pursuant to the terms and provisi ons of a\nwritten agreement or agreements with the cabinet to construct, finance, maintain, repair\nand operate resource recovery road projects, to lease such projects to the cabinet, and to\nissue resource recovery road revenue bonds of the authority to fina nce such projects.
