{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-175.780","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 175.780","heading":"Power of turnpike authority to issue economic development road revenue","body":"bonds and notes.\nTo provide for the construction, reconstruction, and relocation of economic development\nroad projects, the authority is hereby authorized and empowered, subject to  the\nlimitations contained in a branch budget bill as defined in KRS 48.010, under and\npursuant to the terms and provisions of a written agreement or agreements with the\ncabinet, to construct, reconstruct, relocate, finance, and operate economic developmen t\nroad projects, to lease such projects to the cabinet, and to issue economic development\nroad revenue bonds or notes of the authority to finance such projects.
