Project\nrevenue bonds issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be payable solely from the\nfunds provided for in this chapter including but not limited to the funds described in\nKRS 175B.025(1)(c).\n(2) Project revenue bonds shall contain on their face a statement to the effect that\nneither the Commonwealth nor the issuing authority shall be obligated to pay the\nbonds or the intere st thereon, except from any and all revenues associated with the\nproject for which they are issued, and that neither the faith and credit nor the taxing\npower of the Commonwealth is pledged to the payment of the principal of or the\ninterest on these project revenue bonds.","path":["KRS Chapter 175B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=5146","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:26Z","sha256":"d76196f16949978d7bdf016508d7b8d1fb62e29d325f856072a14633d12c17e3","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-175b.060","next":"us-ky/krs-175b.070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
