{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-176.055","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 176.055","heading":"Dissemination of information concerning roads and highways.","body":"(1) The Department of Highways may purchase space in magazines, newspapers, and\nother publications and may cause to be made and circulated all maps, prints, plans,\nlithographs, engravings, photographs, drawings, art work, and other specialized\nwork deemed nece ssary in the dissemination of information concerning its roads\nand highways.\n(2) The Department of Highways, with the approval of the Governor, may expend an\namount not in excess of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) a year\nfor the purposes set out in subsection (1) hereof.\n(3) The provisions of KRS Chapter 57 shall not be applicable or controlling in the\nexpenditure of this fund.","path":["KRS Chapter 176"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=5166","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:26Z","sha256":"9800f8aff88184573197a4e111af6f1fe6b75fd1c0cbfc8789621fc88301e55b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-176.054","next":"us-ky/krs-176.056"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
