{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-176.060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 176.060","heading":"Roads under construction -- Regulation of traffic -- Temporary roads.","body":"The department may stop or regulate all traffic over any road being constructed or\nimproved until it is ready to be opened to the public, and may designate other roads for\nthe accommodation of traffic until the construction is completed. The department may\nestablish temporary roads while such construction is going on, and may make\narrangements with landowners for necessary temporary rights -of-way, and may contract\nand pay for such rights -of-way out of appropriations from the state road fund by\ncertifying the costs to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
