{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-176.5069","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 176.5069","heading":"Annual report -- Submitted to Governor and Legislative Research","body":"Commission and available for public review.\nThe cabinet shall prepare an annual report on the program to be submitted to the\nGovernor and the Legislative Research Commission and made available to the public for\nreview during the cabinet's normal business hours. The report shall include:\n(1) The number and location of courses offered;\n(2) The number of:\n(a) Applicants that have applied to be instructors during the previous year;\n(b) Applicants approved to be instructors during the previous year; and\n(c) Active instructors during the previous year;\n(3) The number of students that registered for the various courses and the number of\nstudents that completed the various courses successfully;\n(4) The number of permits, licenses, and registrations issued;\n(5) The amount of money collected by category for permits, licenses, and registrations;\n(6) Other information about program implementation as the cabinet shall deem\nappropriate; and\n(7) An assessment of the overall impact of the program on motorcycle safety in the\nstate.\nThe report shall also provide a complete accounting of revenue receipts of the motorcycle\nsafety education program fund and of all moneys expended under the program.","path":["KRS Chapter 176"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51607","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:27Z","sha256":"567914375d45476323626868b68f8e71b35544eb4c271590a656b10c39cac77e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-176.5068","next":"us-ky/krs-176.510"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
