{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-176.990","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 176.990","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Any person who violates the provisions of KRS 176.122 to 176.128 shall be guilty\nof a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be fined not less than one hundred\ndollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). Each day in which work\nis performed or materials furnished in violation of the provisions of KRS 176.122 to\n176.128 shall constitute a separate offense.\n(2) In addition to any other penalties provided in this section, any officer, agent or\nemployee of the department who performs work or services beyond the right-of-way\nlimits of public road or any person who accepts such work or services shall\nreimburse the department for all costs of the work or services performed and for any\nmaterials which shall have been used in the performance of the work or services.","path":["KRS Chapter 176"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=5228","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:27Z","sha256":"9b77dc8e557439af7fb60dc2fdfda0dbcef843904d54bf3cf8f944049c9da99d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-176.525","next":"us-ky/krs-176.991"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
