{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-177.108","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 177.108","heading":"Membership of Transportation and Tourism Interagency Committee --","body":"Compensation -- Officers -- Meetings -- Proxy voting.\n(1) The Transportation and Tourism Interagency Committee shall be composed of\nthirteen (13) members or their official appointed designees, as follows:\n(a) Six (6) members appointed by the secretary of the Tourism, Arts and Heritage\nCabinet;\n(b) Six (6) members appointed by the secretary of the Transportation Cabinet; and\n(c) One (1) member appointed by the executive director of the Ke ntucky Heritage\nCouncil.\n(2) Committee members shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be\nentitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in\nconnection with the performance of their duties and functions as com mittee\nmembers.\n(3) The committee shall elect its chair and vice chair from representatives of the\nTourism, Arts and Heritage and Transportation Cabinets for a term of one (1) year.\nThe vice chair shall succeed the chair. The chair shall alternately be a representative\nof the Tourism, Arts and Heritage and Transportation Cabinets.\n(4) The committee shall meet upon the call of the chair and upon the request of the\nsecretary of the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet or the secretary of the\nTransportation Cabinet.\n(5) A committee member may appoint a proxy for an individual meeting, delegating to\nthe proxy the privilege of voting on any issue.
