{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-177.240","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 177.240","heading":"Design of facilities -- Regulation of access.","body":"The highway authorities of the state, county, city, and town are authorized to so design\nany limited access facility and to so regulate, restrict, or prohibit access as to best serve\nthe traffic for which such facility is intended, and its determination of  such design shall\nbe final. In this connection, such highway authorities are authorized to divide and\nseparate any limited access facility into separate roadways by the construction of raised\ncurbings, central dividing sections, or other physical separati ons, or by designating such\nseparate roadways by signs, markers, stripes, and the proper lane for such traffic by\nappropriate signs, markers, stripes, and other devices.
