{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-177.470","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 177.470","heading":"Bonds not debt of Commonwealth.","body":"Revenue bonds issued under the provisions of KRS 177.390 to 177.570 shall not be\ndeemed to constitute a debt of the Commonwealth or of any political subdivision thereof\nor a pledge of the faith and credit of the Commonwealth or of any such political\nsubdivision, but such bonds shall be payable solely from the funds provided therefor in\nKRS 177.390 to 177.570.
