{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-177.520","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 177.520","heading":"Turnpike bonds valid for purposes of investment or collateral.","body":"Bonds issued by the department under the provisions of KRS 177.390 to 177.570 are\nhereby made securities in which all public officers and public bodies, agencies and\ninstrumentalities of the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions, all insurance\ncompanies, trust companies, banking associations, investment companies, executors,\nadministrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, and all other persons whatsoever who are\nnow or may hereafter be authorized to invest in bonds or other obligations of a similar\nnature may properly and legally invest funds, including capital in their control or\nbelonging to them.
