{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-177.780","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 177.780","heading":"Sale of bonds -- Conditions.","body":"If the question submitting KRS 177.700 to 177.820 to the people at said election on\nNovember 8, 1960, shall have been in the form set forth in KRS 177.740, then from and\nafter the proclaiming by the Governor that KRS 177.700 to 177.820 has been approved\nand is in effect, any unissued bonds of the issue for highways, bridges and tunnels, as\nproposed by KRS 177.580 to 177.630, approved and authorized by the voters at the\nelection held on November 6, 1956, as aforesaid, may be sold and issued by the\ncommission, at one (1) time or from time to time, in strict conformity with all provisions\nof said KRS 177.580 to 177.630, with the sole exception that pursuant to the voters'\nauthorization and approval of KRS 177.700 to 177.820, the heretofore prevailing interest\nrate limitation of three percent (3%) per annum may be disregarded and any or all of said\nbonds may be sold and issued to bear any interest rate or not exceeding the then\nprevailing maximum rate as prescribed by statute in and for the Commonwealth\ngenerally.","path":["KRS Chapter 177"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=5369","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:29Z","sha256":"2b093c48322d02243d9dbeee97b09c5170937bb92bd326d739057a9582a17b91","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-177.770","next":"us-ky/krs-177.790"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
