{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-178.090","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 178.090","heading":"Conditions may be imposed upon petitioner.","body":"Where the petition is for the establishment or alteration of a public road leading from the\nmain public road, the court may refuse to undertake the proposed work or abandon it after\nhaving undertaken it, unless the petitioner, or someone for him, deposits with the fiscal\ncourt a sum sufficient to pay all damage and cost sustained by reason of the establishment\nor alteration of the road.
