{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-179.270","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 179.270","heading":"Engineer to remove obstructions when owner fails.","body":"If the obstructions are not removed or reset, or if the excavations are not properly filled\nand maintained, within thirty (30) days after the service of a notice by the county engineer\npersonally or by mail upon the owner or occupant or upon the company at  its principal\nplace of business, or an agent of the company within the county, requesting the removal\nor resetting, the county engineer shall cause the obstructions to be removed or reset and\nsuch repairs on the excavation to be made as may be necessary t o place the road in its\noriginal condition.
