{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-179.700","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 179.700","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in KRS 179.700 to 179.735 unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) \"Subdivision\" means a group of residential structures or residential lots in an\nunincorporated part of the county which is served by roads constructed to provide\ningress and egre ss for the residents.
