{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-179.725","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 179.725","heading":"Minute book.","body":"(1) The secretary of the board of trustees shall keep a minute book, appropriately bound\nand marked, in which the minutes of each meeting of the board shall be kept,\ntogether with all resolutions, tax levies, and other important material the board may\ndesignate.  A copy of all material required to be kept by the secretary shall be on file\nin the office of the clerk of the county in which the greater part of the subdivision\nroad district lies.
