{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-180.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 180.050","heading":"Department may build bridge or let contract for construction --","body":"Department officials not to be personally interested.\n(1) The department may, through its own engineers, design and build bridges either\nwith its own employees or by contract, and pay for  the construction thereof out of\nthe funds derived from the sale of bonds.
