{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-180.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 180.120","heading":"Bridges to be united in one project to pay bonds.","body":"The department shall unite into one (1) project for financing purposes all or as many\nbridges to be built or purchased as it deems practicable, so that the tolls and other revenue\nderived from all of the bridges thus united shall be continued until all of the bonds for the\nunited bridges are paid, and so that all such tolls shall be used for the payment of the\nprincipal and interest of all such bonds. But no bridge already purchased or built by or for\nthe state shall be included in such bond issue.
