{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-180.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 180.210","heading":"Auditing of bonds and accounts.","body":"The department may covenant in the contract for the sale of the bonds that at least twice a\nyear after the bridges in the project are placed in operation, the department will cause\naudits of all bonds and accounts to be made by certified public accountants , showing the\nreceipts and disbursements of bridge tolls, the purchase and redemption of bonds and the\namounts deposited in banks and trust companies.
