{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-181.580","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 181.580","heading":"Commission is a corporation -- Officers -- Compensation.","body":"(1) The commission shall constitute a corporation under the name of (insert name of\ncity) Bridge Commission with the usual corporate powers.\n(2) The commission shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman from its members, and\na secretary-treasurer who need not be a member of the commission.\n(3) The members of the commission, other than the chief executive, shall receive\ncompensation fixed by the city legislative body, either as a salary or as payment for\nmeetings attended, but the compensation of the chairman sh all not exceed one\nthousand dollars ($1000) per annum and the compensation of each other member\nshall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) per annum.
